Compatible iPad Mini models

This rugged case fits iPad Mini 4 (models A1538 and A1550) and iPad Mini 5 (models A2124, A2125, A2126 and A2133). It does not fit the iPad Mini 6 with its 8.3 inch screen. Buyers needing a case for the newer 8.3 inch model cannot use this product.

Bundled accessories and their function

A built-in pencil holder stores a stylus securely. The 360° rotating hand strap doubles as a kickstand for vertical or horizontal viewing. An adjustable, detachable shoulder strap lets you carry the tablet hands-free. Apple Pencil and screen protector are not included.

Installation and common issues

The two-piece hard PC and soft silicone shell snaps on quickly with precise cutouts for all ports. The hand strap rotates freely but can feel stiff at first. Users sometimes order the wrong size for the 8.3 inch Mini 6, so verify your model number before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the built-in pencil holder stretch out or need replacing after daily use?

The pencil holder is moulded into the hard PC and soft silicone shell; it has no moving parts and is designed to retain its grip for the life of the case.

What stops the 360° rotating hand strap and kickstand from loosening first under constant adjustment?

The strap and stand share a single reinforced hinge rated for repeated 360° rotation; that hinge is the first wear point if adjusted many times per day.

Does the hard PC plus silicone body trap heat when the iPad runs all day in the case?

The case uses precise cut-outs for every vent and port, so airflow matches the tablet’s own thermal design and no extra heat builds up.
