Questions about this item

How do I verify the backlit keyboard and trackpad are paired correctly after attaching the case to my 11-inch iPad Pro?

Turn on the keyboard, open any text field and type a few characters; the keys should light at the chosen brightness level. Swipe on the trackpad — the on-screen cursor must move smoothly and stop responding while you keep typing, confirming palm-rejection is active.

Which items are included with the A2301 case and what must I supply myself?

The package contains the magnetic floating cantilever stand case with the integrated backlit Bluetooth keyboard and multi-touch trackpad. You need to provide a compatible iPad — 11-inch iPad Pro 2018, 2020 or 2021, or 10.9-inch iPad Air 2020 or 2022 — and a USB power source for charging the keyboard.

Which iPad model numbers match the A2301 so I pick the right version?

Choose this case if your iPad shows one of these model numbers on the back: A1934, A1979, A1980, A2013, A2068, A2072, A2228, A2230, A2231, A2301, A2316, A2324, A2325, A2456 or A2460. These cover 11-inch iPad Pro 2018, 2020, 2021 and 10.9-inch iPad Air 2020, 2022.
