Questions about this item

How do I attach the shoulder strap to the hard case and which orientation is correct?

Thread each strap end through the metal D-rings on the case corners, then snap the quick-release buckles; the padded section sits on your shoulder while the narrower webbing faces the case.

What part of the case will wear out first and need replacement?

The 360-degree rotating stand hinge is the only moving mechanism; repeated rotation can loosen its detents over time, so the stand is the component most likely to require replacement.

At what angle does the rotating stand become unstable during extended typing sessions?

The stand locks at multiple angles through a full 360-degree range; instability typically appears first when the stand is set past 120 degrees from the base, where leverage on the hinge increases.
