Questions about this item

How do I install the keyboard onto the iPad Pro 12.9 and which step is often missed?

Align the magnetic connector on the keyboard with the iPad's smart connector; the step users skip is enabling Assistive Touch in iPadOS 13.2.2 or later so the 2.4 inch trackpad works.

What part will need replacement first with daily use?

The built-in Li-ion battery will degrade before the magnetic hinge or keys; charge it for 2-3 hours when low to extend its lifespan.

What limit appears first during long typing sessions?

Battery runtime is the first constraint; the energy-saving mode helps but extended use will require recharging the keyboard every few hours.
