Designed for iPad Mini 6 and 7

The detachable Bluetooth keyboard includes a touchpad that requires iOS 13.0 or later and the AssistiveTouch accessibility setting enabled. A paperfeel screen protector is supplied in the box.

Protection and daily typing

The TPU leather exterior covers the front and back with precise cutouts for cameras, speakers and buttons. The built-in rechargeable keyboard offers three-zone backlighting in seven colours. The folio stand supports multiple viewing and typing angles, while the magnetic auto sleep and wake function conserves battery life when the cover is closed.

Upgrade from a basic sleeve or separate keyboard

Buyers replacing a simple sleeve gain integrated typing, trackpad navigation and Apple Pencil storage in one unit. The jump is worthwhile when you want a single accessory that protects the tablet, holds the pencil and provides a backlit keyboard with touchpad for extended work sessions. It will not fit any other iPad model.

Questions about this item

Does the detachable Bluetooth keyboard with touchpad drain the iPad Mini battery quickly during all-day use?

The keyboard has its own built-in rechargeable battery, so it does not draw power from the iPad Mini during extended use.

What iPad model and iOS version are required for the touchpad and 7-colour backlight to function?

You need an iPad Mini 6 (2021, models A2567/A2568/A2569) or iPad Mini 7 (2024, models A2993/A2995/A2996) running iOS 13.0 or later with AssistiveTouch enabled.

Will the magnetic auto sleep/wake and pencil holder work with an original Apple Pencil I already own?

Yes, the upper pencil slot fits the Apple Pencil and the magnetic folio triggers auto sleep/wake on compatible iPad Mini 6 and 7 models.
