It is not compatible with the original Galaxy Buds (2019) or Galaxy Buds Plus (2020). The case is designed for owners of these specific models who want a rugged shell with a secure locking mechanism.

Protection Level And Limits

A carbon fibre hard shell with shockproof corners delivers 360-degree defence against drops, scratches and daily impacts. The secure lock keeps the lid closed until you press the open button, preventing accidental opening. The cover does not protect against water ingress or extreme crushing forces beyond typical daily use.

Build Integration And Access

Precise cutouts allow wired and wireless charging without removing the cover, and the front LED indicator remains visible. A detachable metal carabiner clips to a belt loop or backpack for easy carry and loss prevention. The package includes the case cover and the keychain; no additional mounting hardware or tools are required.

Questions about this item

Will the BONAEVER Armor Cover still fit my Galaxy Buds Live (2020) case alongside the newer Buds 2 Pro (2022) model?

Yes, the cover is precisely moulded for Galaxy Buds Live (2020), Buds 2 (2021), Buds Pro (2021) and Buds 2 Pro (2022) cases.

How can I confirm the secure lock is engaged after I snap the cover on?

Press the "OPEN" button — if the lid stays shut until you press it again, the hidden lock is holding.

Does the package include a replacement charging case or just the protective shell and keychain?

Only the carbon-fibre hard-shell cover and a detachable metal carabiner keychain are included; the actual Buds charging case is not supplied.
