A solder-free DB25 breakout board with labelled terminals, copper contacts and a protective ABS case
The BONAEVER DB25 breakout board provides a solder-free male adapter that converts a 25-pin port to clearly labelled screw terminals. It is aimed at engineers and technicians who need quick, reliable access to serial or industrial control signals without picking up a soldering iron.
The board measures 59 x 55.5 x 23 mm and ships in an insulating ABS and PC case with a 10 mm cable entry hole. A pure copper base and nickel-plated brass contacts resist oxidation, while the 3 mm terminal holes on a 5 mm pitch accept 26 to 16 AWG wire secured by long bolts and nuts.
This adapter replaces time-consuming custom cables or fragile soldered headers when prototyping or maintaining legacy equipment. The jump is worth it whenever a project demands repeated re-wiring, clear signal identification, or a rugged 10 A rated connection that survives frequent plug cycles.

The board is rated for 10 A per connection, so sustained use on every pin stays within that limit as long as each circuit does not exceed 10 A.
No active cooling is present; the copper base and plastic case simply conduct and dissipate heat silently during continuous operation.
The terminals accept 26-16 AWG solid or stranded wire, so you need cable in that range and a small screwdriver for the 0.2 Nm torque spec.
