Compatible Tablet Models

This keyboard case fits the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e 10.5 inch 2019 models SM-T720, SM-T725 and SM-T727. It will not work with the 2018 Galaxy Tab A 10.5 models SM-T590, SM-T595 or SM-T597 or any other device. Buyers who need a case for a different tablet size or generation cannot use this product.

Detachable Keyboard Stand

The 7 mm slim Bluetooth keyboard attaches magnetically and operates up to 10 metres from the tablet. It doubles as a stand; sliding the keyboard forward or backward along the cover changes the viewing angle to suit typing or media viewing. The polycarbonate shell and PU leather cover protect the tablet from drops and bumps while adding minimal bulk.

Tactile Keyboard Construction

Each key uses a spring mechanism under high-end ABS plastic to deliver a laptop-like tactile response. This design enables faster, more accurate typing than an on-screen keyboard. The case also supports auto sleep and wake when the cover is closed or opened. Buyers who prefer a soft silicone key feel will not find it here.

Questions about this item

How much power does the wireless Bluetooth keyboard draw when it is left on all day?

The magnetically detachable keyboard connects via Bluetooth with a 10M range and is designed to be slim at 7mm. No battery capacity or power draw figures are supplied by the manufacturer.

What tablet model must I already own for this case to fit and work?

This case is compatible only with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e 10.5 inch 2019 models SM-T720, SM-T725 or SM-T727. It will not fit the 2018 Galaxy Tab A 10.5 models SM-T590, SM-T595 or SM-T597.

Will the polycarbonate shell and PU leather cover protect an older Galaxy Tab A 10.5 if I keep using that tablet?

The case is built for the 2019 Tab S5e models SM-T720, SM-T725 and SM-T727. The supplier states it will not work with the 2018 Galaxy Tab A 10.5 models SM-T590, SM-T595 or SM-T597, so the shell and cover cannot protect those older devices.
