BONAEVER Protection Case 6.85×1.98×.43 in

SKU CH-06DS-0ABXY

Waterproof IP67 LED driver delivers 12 V at 16.67 A with short-circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protection for outdoor strips and lighting projects

  • Case styleProtection Case
  • IP67 rating protects against dust and water ingress
  • 200 W output powers demanding 12 V LED installations
  • 85 % efficiency reduces energy waste and heat
  • circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protection
  • Wide AC 90-150 V input suits varied mains supplies

Outdoor LED Driver 200W IP67

This 12V DC driver delivers 200 watts at 16.67A for outdoor LED installations. It accepts AC 90-150V input at 47-63Hz with 85% typical efficiency. The IP67-rated enclosure measures 6.85×1.98×.43 in and operates from -40 to 40°C. Short-circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protections auto-recover once the fault clears.

Replaces Lower-Capacity or Non-Weatherproof Units

Upgrade when an existing supply cannot handle the total strip load or lacks genuine outdoor sealing. The jump is worth it for projects that run continuously in exposed locations where dust and water ingress would kill lesser adapters. Builders who need more than 200W or a different output voltage must look elsewhere.

Limited to 12V DC LED Loads Only

The fixed 12V output cannot drive higher-voltage arrays or non-LED devices without additional conversion. Input cabling is 3.3ft and output leads are 8.66in, so junction-box placement is constrained. Efficiency drops below 85% at extremes, and storage below -60°C is not rated.

Questions about this item

What are the exact outside dimensions of the 6.85×1.98×.43 in protection case?

The case measures 6.85 inches long, 1.98 inches wide and 0.43 inches thick.

How do I connect the IP67 driver to AC mains, and what wiring mistake should I avoid?

Plug the 3.3 ft input lead into a 90–150 V, 47–63 Hz supply; do not reverse the 8.66 in output leads or the short-circuit protection will engage.

When should I plan to replace the IP67-rated driver inside this case?

Expect replacement after the three-year warranty period or if the unit exceeds the -40 to 40 °C operating range and triggers over-temperature shutdown.
