Compatible VR battery pack

The BONAEVER Protection Case is a 6000mAh battery pack built for Quest Pro, Pico 4 and Meta Quest 2 Elite straps. It attaches directly to the headset and plugs in via USB so you can keep playing without removing the device. The slim profile adds only .1kg and does not block the headphone jack. Buyers who need a tethered high-wattage supply for PC VR will not find that here.

Sustained output and protection

The pack delivers a steady 5V/2A output, matching the official charger rate for Quest 2. Built-in safeguards cover overcharge, short circuit, overcurrent and overvoltage so the headset battery sees clean power during long sessions. The 6000mAh capacity is rated to add roughly three hours of playtime under normal use. Users who expect all-day runtime from a single charge will need a larger external bank.

Quick strap mounting

Installation is a simple slide onto the existing Elite or original strap followed by plugging the short USB cable. The lightweight design keeps the headset balance nearly unchanged and the connector clears the audio port. The pack works with most third‑party straps that share the same mounting geometry. Builders using rigid custom frames or non‑standard mounting points may find the clip incompatible.

Questions about this item

How warm does the 6000mAh battery pack get during a full-day VR session?

The pack weighs only .1kg and uses a slim design that dissipates heat naturally; it stays comfortable against the headset strap during extended play.

Which head straps does the .1kg pack attach to without extra adapters?

It slides directly onto Quest Pro, Pico 4, Meta Quest 2 elite straps, original straps and most third-party head straps on the market.

Will the 6000mAh pack work with the original Quest 2 charging cable I already own?

Yes — the output is 5V/2A, matching the official Quest 2 charger, so your existing USB cable charges the headset at the same rate.
