PS4 Pro External Cooler

This USB-powered cooler clamps onto the back of a PlayStation 4 Pro and draws power directly from the console. It is designed for players who want lower operating temperatures during extended sessions without adding a separate power brick.

Five-Fan Turbo Array

Five fans sit behind a slotted grille that aligns with the Pro's exhaust vents, and a physical switch toggles between normal and turbo speeds. The unit works in both vertical and horizontal orientations and can be paired with most vertical charging stands on the market.

Automatic Temperature Control

In auto mode an onboard sensor spins the fans up only when the console gets hot and spins them down once it cools, reducing noise during light use. The cooler fits the Pro exclusively and must be fastened securely to avoid vibration noise.

Questions about this item

How does the USB power interface affect the cooler's performance?

It draws 5 V DC directly from the console's USB port so no external power supply is required and the five fans run at normal or turbo speed depending on the mode selected.

What physical mounting steps ensure the cooler fits the PS4 Pro securely?

Fasten the unit tightly onto the back of the console; a loose fit causes abnormal noise and the cooler is designed only for the PS4 Pro, not the standard PS4 or PS4 Slim.

How do you set up the automatic temperature-controlled mode correctly?

Slide the switch to AUTO MODE so the built-in sensor starts the fans when the console gets hot and stops them when it cools; the common mistake is leaving the switch on continuous ON instead.
