IP68 waterproof case for Galaxy A16

The BONAEVER case fits the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G and 4G models with a 6.7 inch display. It provides a fully sealed enclosure rated IP68 so the phone stays dry and operational underwater at 6.6ft for one hour. The blue rugged cover includes a built-in screen protector and lens protector made from upgraded PET material. A lanyard and anti-slip texture improve grip during outdoor activities.

Limits of the IP68 rating

The IP68 certification covers fresh water immersion to the stated depth and time only. It does not guarantee protection against high-pressure jets, hot water, salt water or chemicals such as chlorine and sunscreen. The sealed design can reduce touch sensitivity slightly compared with a bare screen. Audio output may be muffled while the port covers are closed. The case is not designed for continuous underwater use beyond the certified hour.

Deciding factor: full-body sealing

The single specification that determines suitability is the IP68 full-body seal with integrated screen and camera protectors. If you need a case that lets the Galaxy A16 function underwater for photography or navigation, this sealed unit meets that requirement. Buyers who want a slim profile, wireless charging compatibility or an open-port design should look elsewhere.
