Compatible Device and Intended User

This hard-shell protective case fits the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 13 inch 2021 release only. It is built for owners who want drop protection without hiding the tablet’s original colour. The clear polycarbonate back lets the device finish show through while guarding against everyday knocks. Buyers needing a case for any other Surface model cannot use this product.

Daily Carry and Hands-Free Use

An adjustable hand strap secures the tablet during presentations or one-handed operation. A detachable shoulder strap extends for cross-body carry on commutes, hikes or travel. Both straps stay attached to the case, so the tablet remains protected while being transported. The integrated pen holder keeps the stylus from sliding out during movement.

Stand Angles and Keyboard Access

A built-in kickstand adjusts to multiple viewing and typing angles without removing the case. Precise cut-outs align with the official Surface keyboard, allowing it to snap on and off while the protective shell stays in place. When the keyboard cover is closed, moulded buckles lock it shut to shield the screen. Users who rely on third-party keyboards or folio covers may find the fit incompatible.

Questions about this item

Does the hard-shell case trap heat when the Surface Pro 8 runs all day?

The back shell uses transparent PC material that does not block the tablet's vents, so normal thermal performance is maintained during extended use.

What must I already own for the built-in pen holder and keyboard cut-outs to be useful?

You need a Surface Pen and an official Microsoft Surface Pro 8 keyboard; the case moulds are shaped specifically for those accessories.

Will this 13-inch 2021 case fit an older Surface Pro 7 I still use?

No — the supplier states the case is only compatible with the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 13 inch 2021 model and will not fit other generations.
