Who This Suits And Who Should Look Elsewhere

Owners of the listed 2019 Tab A 8.0 models who want a rugged, kid-friendly sleeve with a built-in stand and an included stylus will find this case suitable. It is not for users who need a screen protector, as none is supplied. Buyers with any other Galaxy Tab model, including other 8.0 inch versions, cannot use this case.

Three-Layer Protective Construction

The shell combines a hard plastic frame, a polycarbonate inner layer and a soft silicone outer skin to absorb drops, shocks and scratches. Precise cutouts leave the cameras, speakers, charging port and Touch ID sensor fully accessible. The integrated kickstand locks at two angles for hands-free viewing or typing.

Questions about this item

Does the case fit the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019 models SM-T290, SM-T295 and SM-T297?

Yes, it is designed only for the 2019 release models SM-T290, SM-T295 and SM-T297. It does not fit the 2017 models SM-T380 or SM-T385, the 2018 model SM-T387, or the S Pen models SM-P200 and SM-P205.

How do I install the case and what step do people often miss?

Snap the tablet into the hard plastic frame first, then press the PC inner shell and silicone layer around the edges. The step often missed is checking that the precise cutouts for the camera, speaker, charging port and Touch ID align before fully seating the device.

Will the included stylus pens or kickstand need replacement over time?

The two included stylus pens are consumable and may wear out with heavy use. The built-in kickstand is part of the 3-layer hard plastic, PC and silicone structure and is not designed to be replaced separately.
