Designed for Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2016

This protective case fits the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 inch 2016 models SM-T580, SM-T585 and SM-T587. It is not compatible with the S Pen version or other tablets. The cover is made for owners who need rugged daily protection.

Triple-layer build with grip and strap

A hard polycarbonate inner shell, a soft shock-resistant silicone outer layer and a front frame form a three-layer defender skin. An adjustable hand-grip strap secures the tablet in one hand. A detachable shoulder strap allows bag-style carry or attachment to a car headrest.

360-degree rotating kickstand

The back bumper integrates a sturdy 360° swivel foldable stand. It locks at multiple angles for video calls, media viewing or typing. This single feature decides whether the case matches a workflow that demands frequent hands-free positioning.

Questions about this item

Which Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2016 models does the SM-T580 case fit?

The case fits the SM-T580, SM-T585 and SM-T587 models without S Pen. It does not fit the SM-P580 or SM-P585 versions that include an S Pen slot.

What physical features does the case add for carrying and holding the tablet?

It includes an adjustable hand-grip strap and a detachable shoulder strap that can also loop around a car headrest for hands-free viewing.

How is the 360-degree rotating stand deployed, and what mistake should be avoided?

Unfold the kickstand from the back of the hard polycarbonate shell and rotate it to the desired angle; forcing it past its natural stop can damage the swivel hinge.
