Designed for Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and S7 11 inch

This protective case fits the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 2022 models SM-X700 and SM-X706 and the Galaxy Tab S7 2020 models SM-T870, SM-T875 and SM-T878. It is made only for the 11 inch screen size and will not fit the larger S8+ or S8 Ultra models. The trifold cover includes a dedicated holder for the S Pen.

Smart magnetic cover with auto sleep and wake

The magnetic front cover puts the tablet to sleep when closed and wakes it when opened, helping to conserve battery during daily use. The cover snaps shut securely and folds back to provide two stable angles for typing or viewing. The transparent back shell combines hard acrylic with soft TPU for easy installation and removal.

Dual S Pen holders with wireless charging groove

A left side slot keeps the S Pen within reach and reduces the chance of loss, while a rear groove supports magnetic attachment and wireless charging of the pen. The S Pen itself is not included. Precise cutouts give full access to all ports, buttons and cameras without removing the case.

Questions about this item

Does the transparent PC back shell trap heat when the SM-X700/X706 runs all day?

The hard acrylic and soft TPU back lets the tablet dissipate heat normally; no extra insulation layer is added by the case.

Must I already own a Samsung S Pen for the dual holders on this case to be useful?

Yes — the case provides a left slot and a magnetic rear groove for wireless charging, but the S Pen itself is not included.

Will the auto-wake magnets interfere with an older Galaxy Tab S7 SM-T870 I keep as a spare?

No; the magnetic cover works identically on both the 2022 SM-X700/X706 and the 2020 SM-T870/875/878 models.
