Water resistance and protection

The case uses IP68 grade material for 100% waterproof coverage, suitable for swimming, surfing and diving. It combines a transparent hard PC back with soft TPU edges for shock absorption and includes a built-in screen protector. All ports are sealed against dust.

Built-in screen protector

A clear HD film is integrated into the bumper to guard the display against scratches and dust without reducing touch sensitivity or sound quality. Users who prefer a separate tempered glass protector will find this built-in layer non-removable.

Questions about this item

Will the IP68 waterproof case still seal properly if my Google Pixel 7A already has a thin back skin applied?

The case is designed to fit the bare 6.1 inch 2023 Pixel 7A; adding a skin increases thickness and can prevent the 360 degree bumper from closing fully, so remove any skin before installation.

How can I verify the built-in HD clear screen protector and port covers are seated correctly before I take the phone underwater?

Press firmly around the entire perimeter until the front and back halves snap together with no gaps, then run the water-test mentioned in the instructions — no bubbles means the IP68 seal is intact.

Does the package include a lanyard or floating strap for swimming, or do I need to buy one separately?

The box contains only the two-piece waterproof case with integrated screen protector and dustproof port covers; any lanyard, floating strap or carabiner must be purchased separately.
