Questions about this item

Does the BONAEVER case trap heat when the iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020 runs all day?

The rubber bumper and built-in screen protector leave the tablet's back and edges partially exposed, so normal convection keeps the iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020 at its usual temperature during extended use.

What must I already own for this case to work?

You need an Apple iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020 4th Generation (Model A2229, A2069, A2232 or A2233); the case is moulded to those exact dimensions and button layouts.

Will the 3.5 mm headphone jack on my older iPad Pro still be reachable?

Yes — the cutout aligns with the 3.5 mm stereo headphone mini-jack on the 2020 model, so existing wired headphones plug in without removing the case.
