Compatibility and intended use

This waterproof case is built exclusively for the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 and does not fit the 2023 version. It preserves fingerprint recognition, charging, touch-screen operation, camera access, buttons and ports so the phone never needs to be removed from the case. Buyers who own the earlier 2023 model or any other handset cannot use this product.

IP68 protection under sustained exposure

The case carries an IP68 rating and is tested to survive immersion at 6.6 ft or 2 m for up to 30 minutes. Dual-layer construction with shock-absorbing corners maintains a dustproof and sandproof seal during prolonged outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling or surfing. A pre-use waterproof test is recommended before the phone enters the water.

Thermals noise and power in daily use

As a passive enclosure the case adds no active cooling, fans or power draw and produces no audible noise. The tight front-and-back seal does not impede normal handset thermals during everyday tasks. Installation requires removal of any existing screen or camera protectors and verification that no gaps remain around the perimeter.

Questions about this item

Does the IP68-rated case overheat the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 during all-day use?

The waterproof shell adds no active cooling or heat generation; it simply seals the phone, so thermal behaviour stays the same as without a case.

What must I remove from my Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 before fitting this case?

All existing screen protectors and camera protectors must be taken off, otherwise the front and back covers cannot seal completely.

Will the 2023 version of the Moto G Stylus 5G fit inside this 2024 case?

No — the case is moulded only for the 2024 release and will not fit the 2023 model.
