Compatible Model & Purpose

The BONAEVER Waterproof Case is made for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G. It provides 360 degree full body protection against water, shocks, dust and snow. Precise cutouts keep every button accessible while the built-in screen protector guards the display without blocking Touch ID or wireless charging. Buyers who need a case for a different phone model cannot use this product.

Water Resistance & Daily Use

IP68 certification confirms the case can be submerged to 6.6 feet for 30 minutes and still allow underwater photography. The sealed design does not muffle call audio during normal use. The clear shell preserves screen clarity for media and gaming. Users who require protection beyond the rated depth or duration should not rely on this case.

Deciding Specification

The single specification that determines fit is compatibility with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G. The package includes the case, a bonus lanyard and a user manual. If your device is not that exact model, this case will not fit.

Questions about this item

How do I install the case on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G and which step do people often miss?

Snap the front frame with built-in screen protector onto the phone first, then press the back cover firmly until all edges seal; the step most users miss is checking that no dust or hair is trapped along the gasket before closing it, because even a tiny gap breaks the IP68 seal.

What maintenance or replacement will this case need over time?

Rinse the seals with fresh water after salt-water or chlorinated exposure, inspect the built-in screen protector for deep scratches that affect touch sensitivity, and replace the whole case if the latch mechanism loosens or the gasket shows permanent compression.

What limit appears first during sustained underwater use?

The IP68 rating certifies submersion to 6.6 ft for 30 minutes; beyond that depth or duration the seals can no longer guarantee waterproof protection.
