Questions about this item

Does the IP68 rating mean the case stays cool and quiet during all-day use?

The case has no electronics, so it generates no noise or heat. The IP68 rating only certifies water and dust resistance up to 2 m for 30 minutes.

Must I already own a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5G for this case to fit?

Yes. The case is moulded specifically for the Redmi Note 13 5G and will not fit other models.

Will the built-in screen protector interfere with the Redmi Note 13 5G's in-display fingerprint sensor?

The manufacturer states the cut-outs allow easy Touch ID use, so the built-in protector should not block the fingerprint reader.
