Waterproof Case for iPhone 16 Plus

This red waterproof case fits the iPhone 16 Plus 6.7 inch model from 2024. It carries an IP68 certification and is tested for submersion between 6.6 and 10 feet for up to 30 minutes. The design allows underwater photography while keeping the device fully sealed. It is built for users who need reliable protection in wet or dusty environments.

MagSafe Compatibility and Daily Protection

The case works with MagSafe chargers and a range of magnetic accessories such as power banks, car mounts and wallets. Raised edges measure 2.5mm around the screen and .5mm around the camera for added defence. It meets military-grade drop-test standards and survives drops up to 3.6m. Precise cutouts keep buttons responsive and audio clear during normal use.

Sustained Exposure and Structural Limits

Under continuous immersion the seal remains effective for the rated 30-minute window at the certified depth. Prolonged pressure beyond the 2-3m range is not covered by the IP68 test. Repeated impacts at the 3.6m limit may degrade shock absorption over time. The case does not support devices other than the iPhone 16 Plus and offers no internal storage expansion.

Questions about this item

How do I install the BONAEVER waterproof case on my iPhone 16 Plus and what step is often missed?

Snap the front frame onto the screen side first, then press the back cover firmly until every seal clicks; the step people miss is checking that the charge-port plug sits flush before submerging.

What maintenance will this IP68 case need over time?

Rinse the seals with fresh water after salt or chlorinated exposure, dry the interior completely, and inspect the .5 mm camera lip and 2.5 mm screen lip for debris that could break the seal.

What limit appears first during prolonged underwater use?

The IP68 rating covers 2–3 m depth for 30 minutes; exceeding either depth or time is the first limit that compromises the waterproof seal.
