Compatible model

The BONAEVER waterproof case fits only the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G with a 6.5 inch display. It is built for owners who need full water and shock protection during swimming, surfing or diving. The IP68 rating means the enclosure can handle submersion without leaking. Anti-slip side grips help keep the phone secure while shooting underwater.

Upgrade from basic covers

Standard silicone or thin hard shells do not seal ports or protect the screen against water ingress. This case replaces them when you regularly take the phone into pools, lakes or the sea. The jump is worth it if you need 100% waterproof coverage plus 360° shock absorption for drops on wet rocks or boat decks. Buyers who only want scratch resistance on dry land do not need this level of sealing.

Installation notes

Snap the front frame with its built-in screen protector onto the phone, then press the rear hard PC shell into the soft TPU edge until every port cover clicks shut. Test the seal by submerging the empty case before trusting it with the device. The most common failure is a trapped hair or dust particle breaking the water seal, so clean both surfaces thoroughly. The ultra-thin profile adds minimal bulk, but the port covers must be opened for charging or wired audio.

Questions about this item

Will this case fit my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G with a 6.5 inch screen?

The waterproof shell is made only for the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G 6.5 inch model and will not fit any other phone.

How do I install the case correctly so the IP68 seal works?

Snap the front frame with the built-in screen protector onto the phone first, then press the hard PC back and soft TPU edges together until every port cover clicks shut; test by submerging in water before actual use.

Does the built-in screen protector need to be replaced over time?

The clear film is integrated into the front frame and covers the whole display; if it becomes scratched or loses clarity you replace the entire case rather than just the protector.
