Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager

The Boriwat R16 is a corded electric massage pillow designed for deep tissue kneading on the neck, back, shoulders, legs and feet. It uses four bi-directional 3D nodes that mimic professional shiatsu movements to relieve muscle tension and fatigue. The built-in heat function adds gentle warmth to enhance circulation during use. It is suited for adults seeking targeted relief at home or in the office.

Installation and Common Issues

Simply plug the unit into a mains outlet and press the power button to begin a session; no assembly or pairing is required. The ergonomic pillow shape rests against the body and can be held in place with integrated straps on chairs or car seats. A 15-minute auto-off timer prevents overheating and overuse, so the device stops automatically if you fall asleep. Ensure the power cord reaches your chosen seating position without strain.

Before You Order

Verify that you have convenient access to a standard wall socket because the massager operates on corded electric power only and contains no battery. The pillow measures 11 inches by 4 inches by 11 inches and weighs 3 pounds, so confirm it fits your preferred chair or sofa. Check that the blue colour matches your taste and that the 15-minute session limit suits your therapy routine.

Questions about this item

How do I know the Boriwat R16 is working correctly after I plug it in?

The massager runs a 15 minute cycle and then powers off automatically. During that time you should feel the four nodes rotate in both directions and, if heat is selected, a gentle warmth spread across the fabric.

What comes in the box with the Boriwat R16 and is anything extra required?

The package contains the massage pillow itself and its integrated power cord. Because the unit is corded electric, no batteries or separate adapter are needed — just a standard wall outlet.

Which version of the Boriwat R16 should I choose for home use?

The R16 is offered as a single blue model measuring 11 by 4 by 11 inches and weighing 3 pounds. There are no alternate capacities or colour options listed, so this one version covers all home and office scenarios.
