Headlamp for outdoor activities
The BORUIT RJ-2166 is a lightweight LED headlamp designed for running, camping, hiking and general outdoor use. It weighs 5.2 ounces and features an elastic, adjustable headband that fits adults and children. The unit measures 5.6 L x 3 W x 3.5 H centimeters and uses three AA batteries which are not included.
Sustained lighting performance
On the brightest of three modes the beam reaches over 20 feet and provides a wide illuminating area suitable for trail running or work tasks. The three selectable modes are high light, low light and strobe, allowing the user to match output to the situation. IPX4 water resistance protects the lamp during rain or heavy splashing but it is not rated for submersion.
Power and fit check
Verify you have three AA alkaline cells available before ordering because the headlamp ships without them. Confirm the 90 degree adjustable tilt meets your preferred aiming angle for reading, cycling or repair work. Ensure the IPX4 rating matches the expected weather exposure since the light is not designed for diving or prolonged immersion.

Questions about this item
How long will the RJ-2166 run on a single set of batteries?
The headlamp delivers up to 5 hours of continuous use on three AA alkaline cells, so a full day of intermittent hiking or campsite tasks is realistic before you swap batteries.
What power source do I need to supply myself?
It requires three AA batteries, which are not included in the pack; standard alkaline cells are recommended and widely available.
Will the 90° tilt stay put on an older hard hat or bike helmet strap?
The elastic headband adjusts to fit over most helmets and the 90° pivot locks firmly, keeping the beam aimed where you need it.
