Executive chair for desk or waiting areas

The BOSS Office Products B639-BK is a mid-back executive chair designed for office desks or reception spaces. Its box-arm silhouette and contemporary styling suit professional environments that want an upscale appearance without sacrificing comfort. Buyers who need a high-back model or adjustable ergonomic controls will not find those features here.

Thermals noise and power

Upholstered seating and a wood base produce no operational noise and draw no electrical power. The CaressoftPlus material does not generate heat, so the chair remains at ambient temperature during extended use. There are no moving mechanical parts that require cooling or create audible distraction in quiet workspaces.

Accessories and software impact

The chair ships fully assembled with black finished wood legs and integrated box arms, so no separate hardware installation is required. CaressoftPlus upholstery resists stains and wipes clean with standard household cleaners, reducing ongoing maintenance effort. No software, drivers or firmware updates are involved with this furniture product.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the black wood legs to the chair frame, and which step is most often missed?

Align the pre-drilled holes on each leg with the frame brackets, insert the supplied bolts, and tighten fully; the step most often missed is checking that all four legs sit evenly on the floor before final tightening.

What part of the CaressoftPlus upholstery will need attention first, and how should I maintain it?

The seat cushion surface shows wear first; wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth and vacuum the creases weekly to preserve the ultra-soft finish.

Which limit appears first during long sitting sessions on the B639-BK?

The fixed mid-back height and non-adjustable lumbar support become the limiting factor for extended comfort during sustained use.
