Questions about this item

How do I assemble the B9536-BK-2 chairs, and what step is often missed?

The chairs require assembly; the step most often missed is fully tightening all frame bolts after aligning the cantilever base to prevent wobble.

What maintenance or replacement will the black vinyl seats need over time?

The vinyl upholstery should be wiped clean regularly; if the padded back or lumbar support compresses, the chair cannot be reupholstered easily.

At what load does the chrome cantilever frame reach its limit during sustained use?

The frame is rated for a maximum load capacity of 275 lbs per chair; exceeding this will cause the cantilever base to flex permanently.
