Questions about this item

What type of windshield or dashboard surface do I need to mount this GWM-702-BL holder?

The GWM-702-BL uses a suction-cup base that requires a smooth, non-porous glass or flat dashboard area; heavily textured or curved surfaces will not hold securely.

Will my existing phone case fit inside the adjustable Grip-iT cradle on this mount?

The cradle wings open up to 4-1/2 inches, so most phones in standard protective cases will fit; very bulky rugged cases may exceed that width.
