Brady Railroad Stop Sign Aluminum Blue

This Brady railroad stop sign measures 15 inches wide by 12 inches high and is made from aluminum with a blue background. It displays the legend "Stop Tank Car Connected" on one printed side without mirror printing. The sign is designed for railroad traffic control applications.

Suits rail yard safety marking not general signage

This sign suits rail yard operators and maintenance crews needing a specific "Stop Tank Car Connected" warning for horizontal mounting. It is not for buyers who need a different legend, a different background colour, double-sided printing or a sign for standard road traffic use.

Critical spec single-sided blue aluminum 15x12

The single specification that decides fit is the combination of a 15 by 12 inch aluminum substrate, blue background, one-sided print and the exact "Stop Tank Car Connected" legend. Any change to size, colour, sides or text makes this the wrong part for the required safety compliance.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware do I need to install this 15" wide aluminum sign?

The sign is a flat aluminum plate with a printed legend; you will need your own bolts, brackets or clamps suited to the mounting surface.

Can I use this blue stop sign alongside older metal railway signs on the same post?

Yes, it shares the same horizontal rectangle shape and 12" height as standard railway signs, so it aligns with existing hardware.

How do I confirm the legend is oriented correctly after mounting?

The sign is single-sided with no mirror print; once mounted the "Stop Tank Car Connected" text reads normally from the approach side.
