Brady 170650 Floor Marking Tape

This yellow vinyl tape marks indoor zones and safe distances in facilities. It suits temporary layouts because it applies easily and removes cleanly. The product handles regular foot traffic without lifting. Its bright colour stays visible in busy work areas.

Vinyl construction with acrylic adhesive

The 4 in wide roll uses a stronger acrylic adhesive that bonds to floors while resisting chemicals, oil and water. At .004 in thick it lies flat for safe pedestrian passage. Vinyl material feeds straight during application so lines stay true. The 100 ft length covers long runs without frequent roll changes.

Supplied as a single roll

The roll arrives ready to use with no extra tools or surface primers required. Workers can unroll, press and finish a zone in minutes. Clean removal leaves no sticky residue when layouts change. This simplicity reduces labour time for facility updates.

Questions about this item

What vinyl thickness does the Brady 170650 tape use and how does that affect durability?

The tape measures .004 in thick, giving it enough strength to resist chemicals, oil and water while staying flexible for straight-line application.

What floor space and surface preparation does the 4 in wide roll require?

The roll covers 100 ft at 4 in wide; the acrylic adhesive bonds best to clean, dry indoor floors with regular foot traffic.

How is the GuideStripe tape applied and what common step should be avoided?

Press the vinyl onto the prepared floor in straight lines; skipping surface cleaning weakens the acrylic bond and leads to early lifting.
