Brady 65455 Danger Tag Pack

This Brady 65455 Danger Tag pack contains 25 cardstock tags designed for lockout tagout procedures. Each tag measures 5 3/4 inches by 3 inches and features a white background with a black, red and white header. The tags are printed on both sides with legends for locked-out devices and energy sources.

Suited For Lockout Tagout Compliance

These tags suit facilities that need write-on surfaces for date, name and remarks fields during safety lockouts. Brass grommets and cotton strings provide secure attachment points for indoor use. Buyers who need weatherproof materials or metal-detectable tags should look at alternative products.

Sustained Use In Indoor Environments

The cardstock construction holds up during extended indoor lockout periods when protected from moisture and heavy abrasion. Write-on areas remain legible for the duration of typical maintenance cycles. Brass grommets resist tearing at attachment points better than unreinforced holes.

Questions about this item

Does the pack of 25 tags include the cotton string for mounting?

Each tag is supplied with a cotton string mount, so the 25-count pack provides all mounting strings needed.

Can these paper tags be used on the same lockout points as older plastic tags?

Yes, the 5 3/4 x 3 inch size and brass grommet fit standard lockout hasps and padlocks used with earlier tags.

How do I confirm the tag is legible and compliant after writing on it?

The white cardstock has a write-on surface; after filling in date, name and remarks, verify the black/red/white header and both printed legends are clearly visible.
