Brady 86625 Service Record Tag

The Brady 86625 is a polyester service record tag measuring 7 by 4 inches with a black-on-yellow legend. It includes a metal grommet with a 3/8 inch hole and is rated to withstand a pull force of 50 lb. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the tag features writable surfaces on both sides showing last and next service date fields. Pack contains 10 tags.

Standards and usage limits

The tag meets ANSI Z53.1-1967, ANSI Z535-2006 and OSHA 1910.145 requirements for safety signage. Its polyester construction and metal grommet provide durability in industrial environments, though the 50 lb pull-force rating defines the maximum mechanical stress it should endure. No electrical or illuminated components are present.

Pre-order checks

Verify that the 7 by 4 inch dimensions and 3/8 inch grommet hole suit your equipment mounting points. Confirm that a pull-force rating of 50 lb meets the mechanical demands of the intended location. Ensure the black-on-yellow colour coding aligns with your facility's safety-colour scheme and that the English-language legend is appropriate for personnel.
