Brady B30-R6000 Black Resin Ribbon

The Brady B30-R6000 is a single-colour printer ribbon supplied in a printer-specific cartridge. It is formulated with resin and contains no halogens. The ribbon is designed for use with compatible Brady printers including the BBP30, BBP31, BBP33, BBP35, BBP37, i3300, i5300, S3000, S3100 and S3700 series.

Ribbon Width 4 5/16 in and Series R6000

The critical specification is the ribbon width of 4 5/16 inches combined with the R6000 series formulation. Only printers listed as compatible with the R6000 series and this exact width will accept the cartridge and print correctly. Using a different width or series will cause a mechanical mismatch or poor adhesion.

Resin Formulation for Sustained Printing

Resin ribbons are engineered for durability and resistance to abrasion, chemicals and heat during extended print runs. The halogen-free material maintains consistent transfer quality across the full 200 ft length without the degradation sometimes seen with wax-based ribbons under continuous high-volume use.
