White matte vinyl label roll with permanent acrylic adhesive holds 1,000 wraparound labels for wires between 0.16 in and 0.32 in diameter
This Brady B33-121-427 label roll supplies 1000 vinyl labels finished in matte white. It is built for wire and cable identification on the BBP33 and i3300 printer series. The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds to surfaces indoors or outdoors.
Thermal transfer printing uses the recommended B30-R4300 ribbon to produce durable text and barcodes. The acrylic adhesive maintains its bond through temperature cycling and handling. No inkjet or laser consumables are required for this media.
This roll replaces handwritten markers and paper tags that smudge, tear or fall off. The jump is worth it when wires from .16 in to .32 in diameter need legible identification that survives oil, abrasion and weather. Buyers who need labels outside this wire range or a different adhesive chemistry should look elsewhere.

Place the roll on the supply spindle with labels facing up, thread the leader through the guides and past the printhead, then close the latch; the step most people skip is calibrating the sensor so the printer detects each 1 1/2 in by 1 3/4 in label gap.
The B30-R4300 ribbon is the only consumable that depletes; once the roll is finished you simply load a new roll and a fresh ribbon cassette.
The adhesive is rated for wires between 0.16 in and 0.32 in diameter; exceeding the 0.32 in maximum is the first limit you hit during sustained wrapping.
