Brady B-342 PermaSleeve heat-shrink wire markers

Brady B-342 PermaSleeve heat-shrink polyolefin sleeves print on compatible BMP21 series label printers. The continuous yellow roll carries black legends and shrinks 3:1 to fit wires from 0.046 in to 0.11 in. Operating range spans -67 °F to 267 °F for harsh environments.

Suited for technicians identifying wires in panels.

Buyers needing pre-printed legends, larger wire diameters or a different colour scheme should look elsewhere. The single-sided format also limits use where double-sided print is required.

Shrink ratio 3:1 decides fit on 0.046-0.11 in wires

This ratio determines whether the sleeve conforms tightly to the wire range listed. If the application demands a different shrink ratio or wire size outside these limits, the sleeve will not perform as intended.

How much heat does the polyolefin sleeve need to shrink properly?
