Heat-shrink polyolefin sleeves mark wires from .094 to .215 in and withstand -67 to 267 °F
Brady BMP21 B-342 PermaSleeve sleeves are continuous heat-shrink polyolefin tubes printed black on yellow for wire identification. They shrink at a 3:1 ratio to fit wires from 0.094 in to 0.215 in diameter. The material withstands temperatures from -67 °F to 267 °F. Rolls are made for BMP21, BMP21-PLUS, BMP21-LAB, ID Pal and Lab Pal printers.
Electricians and technicians who need permanent, legible wire markers that survive oil, abrasion and extreme temperatures will find these sleeves suitable. Installers without a compatible Brady printer cannot use this continuous supply. Buyers wanting pre-printed legends or colour codes other than black on yellow must look elsewhere.
The sleeves only work with BMP21, BMP21-PLUS, BMP21-LAB, ID Pal and Lab Pal label printers. If your printer is not one of these models the roll will not feed or print correctly. No other hardware or software requirement is specified.

Each roll supplies 7 ft of continuous heat-shrink tubing, so replacement frequency depends on the total length of wire you mark and the sleeve length you cut for each identification.
The sleeves accommodate wires from .094 in up to .215 in; outside that range the 3:1 shrink ratio cannot guarantee a tight, permanent grip.
The printer’s operating temperature stays within the sleeve’s rated range of -67 to 267 °F, so extended printing sessions do not add excess heat beyond normal ambient conditions.
