Extra-large desk surface

The Brainwavz Lich King XXL mouse pad measures 31.5 by 15.7 inches, covering a full keyboard-and-mouse area on most desks. Its smooth fabric top layer supports both optical and laser sensors without snagging. The 3 mm thickness adds a thin cushion that levels minor surface imperfections.

Fabric surface limits

The cloth weave provides consistent glide but will show wear faster than hard pads under heavy daily swipes. Liquid spills can be wiped with water, yet the material absorbs moisture and requires drying time before reuse. Stitched edges resist fraying, though the bond can weaken after repeated machine washing.

Non-slip rubber base

A textured rubber underside grips wood, laminate and glass tops to keep the pad stationary during fast movements. The grip relies on friction alone and may shift on polished or dusty surfaces. Buyers who need adhesive mounting or magnetic alignment should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Is the 31.5 x 15.7 inch version large enough for both a full-size keyboard and mouse?

Yes, the 800 x 400 mm surface covers most desk setups, giving room for a full-size keyboard and wide mouse movement without overhang.

How does the 0.12 inch thickness feel during long typing or gaming sessions?

At 3 mm it adds a thin, firm cushion that reduces wrist pressure on hard desks while keeping the mouse glide consistent.

Will the stitched edges and rubber base stop the pad from curling or sliding on a glass desk?

The anti-fray stitching locks the fabric layers flat and the non-slip rubber base grips smooth surfaces such as glass or polished wood.
