Smart AC Controller for Ductless Units

The Breez Eco connects mini-split, window or portable air conditioners that use an infrared remote to a home Wi-Fi network. It enables control from a smartphone app, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Siri Shortcuts, SmartThings or IFTTT without any subscription fees. A free table stand is included for desk or shelf placement.

Placement and Temperature Limits

The unit must sit within six to twelve feet of the air conditioner and maintain line of sight for reliable infrared transmission. On-board sensors report temperature and humidity, while the specified operating temperature is 18 °C. A local power button provides basic control when the Wi-Fi connection is unavailable.

Replaces the Original IR Remote

This controller replaces the factory handset and adds scheduling, geofencing, usage history and filter-status monitoring through the Cielo Home app. The upgrade is worthwhile when you want automated comfort routines and energy-use visibility without replacing the air conditioner itself. It does not suit systems that lack an infrared remote or require wired thermostat connections.
