Tred 2791 Folio for 11-inch Netbooks

The Brenthaven Tred 2791 is a slim folio-style carrying case built for 11-inch netbooks. A tension clip system secures devices of varying thicknesses inside the case. The structured edges extend past the device to form shock-absorbing crumple zones. A top handle provides the only carrying option.

Protection Limits of the Folio Design

The case relies on high-density foam and an 800D Coretex exterior to absorb impacts and resist surface damage. Its crumple-zone edge protects corners during drops, while a skid-proof base helps it stay put on smooth surfaces. The folio format leaves the top edge open for quick access, so it does not seal out dust or heavy rain. A lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Check Device Thickness and Port Access

Measure your netbook to confirm it fits within the 10.2 by 13.3 inch footprint and the 1.5 inch depth allowance. Verify that the tension clips do not press on side-mounted ports, vents or buttons when the case is closed. Ensure the top-handle carry style matches your daily transport needs. The case weighs .80 ounces.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 11-inch Tred 2791 or a different size for my netbook?

Choose the 11-inch model when your device screen measures 11 inches; the tension clip system adjusts to hold that size securely inside the 10.2 by 13.3 inch folio.

What does the 0.80 oz weight mean when I carry it daily?

At 0.80 oz the case adds barely any heft to your bag, so the netbook feels almost the same as carrying it bare while still gaining shock-absorbing crumple zones.

How does the 800D Coretex exterior hold up to daily abrasion?

The 800D Coretex fabric is damage resistant and skid proof, so it resists scuffs and slides less on smooth surfaces during everyday transport.
