Compact twin burner for small spaces

The Brentwood TS-372 is a portable electric hot plate with two cast-iron heating elements. It suits offices, dormitories or any kitchen where a full cooktop is impractical. The chrome-finished housing resists wear and cleans easily.

1440 W total power with dual thermostats

Each burner has its own temperature dial so you can simmer on one side while boiling on the other. The combined 1440 W output delivers rapid heat-up for everyday cooking tasks. Automatic safety shut-off activates if the unit overheats.

Indicator light and die-cast construction

A power light shows when the appliance is active, reducing accidental contact with hot surfaces. Heavy die-cast metal plates distribute heat evenly and withstand daily use. No extra cookware or accessories are included in the package.

Questions about this item

What does the 1440 W rating mean when I use both burners together?

The 1440 W is the total power draw; both burners share this output, so using them simultaneously divides the available heat between the two plates.

How does the dual thermostat control cap the temperature on each burner?

Each burner has its own thermostat knob, letting you set an independent heat level for that plate up to the unit's maximum power limit.

What clearance does the chrome-finish die-cast housing need on a countertop?

The unit sits on its own feet; leave a few centimetres of free space around all sides for ventilation and the power indicator light.
