Compact 1000 W Panini Press

The Brentwood Appliances TS-611 is a 1000 W panini press with ceramic non-stick plates that are free from PFOA and PTFE. It grills up to two sandwiches at once and includes a floating lid for even contact across the cooking surface. Power and ready indicator lights show when the unit has reached temperature. A cool-touch handle and upright storage design suit smaller kitchens.

Build integration and space saving

The appliance measures 12.00 inches wide, 11.00 inches deep and 4.00 inches high, weighing 3.20 lbs. Its compact footprint allows it to sit on a countertop without dominating the work area, and the upright storage orientation frees cupboard space. A removable juice catcher simplifies cleaning after use, while the cast stainless steel housing resists wear from daily heating cycles. Overheat protection adds a safety layer during extended operation.

Suited for quick meals, not high-volume cooking

This press suits individuals or couples who want fast grilled sandwiches, paninis or similar items without a large footprint. Buyers who need to cook more than two portions at once, or who require adjustable temperature control beyond the ready indicator, should look at larger or more feature-rich griddles. The fixed plate design also limits versatility compared with models that offer interchangeable waffle or griddle plates.

Questions about this item

How long can the 1000 W element run before the overheat protection trips?

The press includes overheat protection that will cut power if the ceramic plates exceed safe temperature, then reset once they cool.

Does the floating lid and 1000 W heater make the unit noisy or hot during extended use?

There is no fan, so operation is silent; the cool-touch handle and stainless steel housing keep external surfaces manageable during long sessions.

What power connection does the TS-611 need to operate?

It plugs into a standard household outlet and draws 1000 W through its attached cord.
