Family-sized electric skillet

This 12-inch electric skillet delivers 1300 watts of power for everyday family meals. The adjustable thermostat lets you fry eggs, sear meats, sauté vegetables or grill sandwiches with precise temperature control. A tempered glass lid allows you to monitor cooking progress without lifting the cover and releasing heat. Cool-touch handles and a removable locking handle add safety and portability.

Check your counter space and outlet

The unit measures 18 inches wide by 12.25 inches deep, so confirm you have sufficient flat countertop area before ordering. You will need an accessible standard electrical outlet for the detachable 1300-watt power supply. Verify that the non-stick cooking surface suits your preferred utensils to avoid scratching the coating. The 6.15-pound weight requires a stable surface that can support the loaded skillet.

Fits into daily kitchen routines

The non-stick interior and dishwasher-safe glass lid reduce cleanup time after cooking. Removing the locking handle and detaching the power cord allows the pan to fit more easily into standard sinks or dishwashers. Even heat distribution across the 12-inch surface reduces hot spots that can burn food. Compact 7-inch height makes storage in most cabinets practical when the handle is removed.
