Compact neck massager for desk workers

The Breo N5MINI is a wearable neck and shoulder massager designed for people who spend long hours at a desk. It wraps around the neck and secures with a backpack-style strap so the user can keep working or cooking while the device runs. The unit weighs 2.6 pounds and measures 24.5 cm by 17 cm by 16.3 cm.

Battery operation with optional heat

Power comes from an internal battery rated at 18.5 watt-hours, so no outlet is needed during a session. Two heat settings are available to add warmth to the massage, and the device is not water resistant. Heat and massage functions draw from the same battery pack.

Six 5D kneading heads with expanded coverage

Six upgraded 5D massage heads mimic a therapist’s hands and deliver a deep-tissue kneading motion from the neck to the shoulders. The massage coverage area is 30% larger than earlier Breo models. Two massage modes and two intensity levels let the user adjust pressure and speed for targeted relief.

Questions about this item

How do I wear the N5 Mini so the six 5D heads reach both neck and shoulders?

Slip the backpack-style strap over your shoulders, centre the massager on the upper back, then tighten the strap until the unit sits snug against the neck; the 30 % wider coverage area only engages when the heads make full contact.

What part will need replacement first with daily heat and kneading cycles?

The internal battery pack powers both the 18.5 Wh heating element and the six massage heads; after several hundred charge cycles its capacity drops, so the battery module is the first service item.

At what point does the 18.5 Wh battery limit a continuous session?

Running both heat settings and the higher intensity level draws the most power; expect roughly one hour of combined heat and kneading before the pack needs recharging.
