All-in-one espresso machine

The Breville Barista Touch BES880BSS is an all-in-one espresso machine with an integrated conical burr grinder that takes you from whole beans to espresso in under a minute. Its ThermoJet heating system reaches extraction temperature in three seconds. A touch-screen interface guides you through grind, brew and milk steps. Automatic steam wand textures milk to your chosen temperature and consistency for latte art.

Home baristas wanting speed and control

This machine suits home users who want café-style drinks with minimal manual technique and a compact footprint. The integrated grinder and automated milk texturing reduce the learning curve for consistent results. Buyers who prefer separate grinder and machine components for maximum upgrade flexibility or who need a plumbed-in water connection should look at other options.

Bean hopper capacity and daily volume

The integrated bean hopper holds enough coffee for multiple drinks before needing a refill, supporting typical household morning routines. The single boiler and ThermoJet system handle back-to-back extractions and milk steaming for several cups in a row. High-volume entertaining or continuous commercial use will exceed the recovery capacity of the single heating block.
