Smart Touchscreen Toaster

The Breville TA1428-US is a two-slice toaster with a responsive smart touchscreen and digital countdown timer. It delivers 1500 W of power across 1.5 inch wide slots. One-touch memory recalls the last setting automatically. The slim stainless steel housing in purple fits compact kitchens.

Six Shades and Five Bread Modes

Six shade settings provide even browning from light to dark on both sides. Dedicated modes handle bagels, thick bread, waffles and more with single-side or double-side toasting. The 1.5 inch slots accommodate thicker items. Defrost and reheat functions add flexibility for frozen or cooled bread.

Upgrade from Basic Lever Toasters

Replaces simple lever models that lack shade precision, countdown feedback or memory recall. The jump is worth it when daily consistency matters and counter space is limited. Not for households needing four slices at once or buyers who want mechanical controls.
