For 110mm cinema lenses needing Misfit Kick support

Camera operators using Cooke 5/i 7/i Anamorphic/i S4/i Panchro/i Classic Mini S4/i 18mm Hawk C-Series or RED Pro Primes can clip this adapter on without tools. It also fits ARRI LMB 4x5 LMB-25 LMB-15 and LMB-5 matte boxes and works with a 15mm LWS support bracket. Shooters whose lenses fall outside the 80mm to 143mm range or who use a different matte box standard will need another solution.
