Lens Adaptation

The Bright Tangerine Misfit 114-95mm Step-Down Adapter Ring lets cinematographers and photographers mount a 95mm front lens onto a 114mm matte box. It is built for professionals who need a secure connection without adding bulk to a rig. The clamp-on design ensures quick changes on set or in the field.

Build Integration

The ring clamps directly onto the lens barrel, requiring no tools or additional threaded inserts. Its lightweight construction preserves the balance of handheld or gimbal-mounted configurations. By bridging the diameter gap, it frees up the matte box for use with a wider selection of prime and zoom lenses.

Creative Flexibility

The accessory expands the usable lens inventory for a single matte box, reducing the need for multiple shade units. A tight, wobble-free seat prevents light leaks that would otherwise degrade contrast. The durable build withstands repeated mounting cycles during fast-paced productions.
