Cross-Platform Controller Adapter

The Brook Wingman P5 is a compact white converter that lets you use a wide range of wired and wireless gamepads on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC. It supports over one hundred controller models including Xbox, DualSense, DualShock 4 and Switch Pro units. Plug-and-play USB setup gets you running quickly and free firmware updates expand compatibility over time.

Vibration and Motion Headroom

The adapter translates inputs with low latency and passes through vibration feedback and six-axis motion data when the connected controller supports those features. Turbo, macro and button-remap functions are configured through the Converter Center software on PC. Controllers that lack rumble or gyro hardware will not gain those capabilities through the converter.

Portable USB Form Factor

Measuring 3.03 by 0.84 by 0.43 inches and weighing 0.03 pounds, the dongle fits easily in a laptop bag or console front port without blocking adjacent sockets. A Type-A to Type-C cable and a quick-start guide are included in the box. Builders who need internal PCIe or Bluetooth connectivity will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the Wingman P5 let me keep using my DualSense wirelessly on a PC that only has USB-A ports?

Yes, the included Type-A to Type-C cable connects the converter to your PC, and the Wingman P5 pairs wirelessly with the DualSense for low-latency play.

How can I confirm vibration and six-axis motion are active after pairing my controller?

Launch a game that supports rumble and gyro on PC or console; if the controller vibrates and motion aiming works, the converter is passing those features correctly.

Does the box contain everything needed to start, or do I need a separate Bluetooth dongle?

The package includes the Wingman P5 converter, a Type-A to Type-C cable, and a quick start guide — no extra dongle is required for wireless controller pairing.
