12 V DC Auto Adapter

The Brother LB3692-003 is a 14-foot wired car adapter that powers compatible mobile printers from a 12 V DC vehicle outlet. It is designed for field-service technicians, delivery drivers and mobile workers who need reliable printing inside a vehicle cab. The straight cable reaches from a dashboard socket to a mounted printer without strain.

Build Integration

The adapter plugs directly into a standard 12 V DC accessory port and connects to the printer's power input, eliminating the need for an internal battery pack while the engine runs. It frees up the printer's battery capacity for moments when the vehicle is off or the adapter is disconnected. No additional converters or wiring harnesses are required for the listed models.

Capacity and Headroom

The 14-foot length provides routing flexibility across most passenger and light-commercial vehicle interiors, reaching roof-mounted or rear-seat positions. It supports continuous operation for the PJ622, PJ623 and PJ662 PocketJet series as well as RuggedJet 3200 and 4200 units. The fixed cable length cannot be extended, so installations needing a longer run will require a different solution.
