Prints durable laminated labels up to 36 mm wide at 360 dpi and 3.1 ips with USB 2.0, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity
The Brother PT-P950NW prints durable laminated labels up to 36 mm wide at 360 dpi and speeds of 3.1 ips. It connects through USB 2.0, serial, Ethernet or built-in Wi-Fi so several users can send jobs from computers, tablets or smartphones. The drop-in cartridge and auto cutter with easy-peel keep media changes quick in demanding environments.
USB 2.0 and serial links restrict cable length and single-host throughput compared with the Ethernet or Wi-Fi paths. Wi-Fi shares the local network bandwidth, so simultaneous high-volume jobs from many clients can queue. The built-in cutter and peel function operate at the printer's mechanical speed regardless of which interface is active.
The 36 mm maximum tape width determines whether the printer can produce the label formats your application requires. Wider shipping labels, compliance tags or multi-line barcode layouts that exceed this limit will need a different model. The included starter roll TZeS251 matches the 36 mm capacity so you can verify suitability immediately.

The printer handles laminated tapes up to 36 mm wide, covering the full range of Brother TZe cartridges for that width.
360 dpi gives sharp text and scannable barcodes, while 3.1 inches per second lets you print batches quickly without waiting.
USB 2.0, Ethernet and Wi-Fi are standard; USB 2.0 caps the wired data rate, while the network ports let multiple devices share the printer.
